            Thxs mitviz, Im in I.T and do get a few visual render projects. Its my own start up amd been chugging along. As for hiring, I am always available for viz work. Its a passion.

              Btw..... has anybody in here found a good solution for hair? Im aware Maya has a build in hair system but I use 3ds.

                Maybe VRayHair and export to mesh

                  Sylk, is that a syand alone or you got to get vray?

                    I think you can use vrayhair and export it to mesh from demo version (i uninstalled it because it prevents proper max closure)

                      Ahh ok. I might give it a shot. Im trying out maxes native hair fur modifier. Its not that bad... nit sure why more people don't use it.

                        Ya, native works fine. Build-in converter too. Hair -> Mesh conversion allow FStorm rendering.
