  • Fstorm frame buffer

Hey, in RT Fstorm frame buffer appears, but when I render it, it uses default max.

Is it supposed to be like that? No Fstorm fb in production render?

    Thanks

Why do you need it in production render?

I actually came here with the same question.

I’m used to making some adjustments to tone mapping etc and being able to jump seamlessly back and forth from IR to production. I’m also surprised that the tone mapping adjustments seem to ‘go away’ when you close IR.

I understand that if you’re doing multiple images you want to adjust the camera rather than the VFB, but sometimes you’re not or they can all use the same settings...in this scenario it would be nice for IR settings to be retained and production to share the same frame buffer as IR.

my vote would be a universal frame buffer for IR and production and that the settings stay intact between IR sessions.

      My $0.02. Thanks Karba!

Process alpha is on, alpha environment is on:
in production render that what it shows (see attachment), though it saves png fine with alpha,
        but
in RT window the same thing when saving in png it saves with black background
