  • FStormRender for 3ds Max v1.1.9b (Updated 16/04/2017)

    Changes:
    3dsmax 2018 support,
    override (ray switch) material,
auto GI clamp value (doesn't depend on exposure),
high light saturation (for bright areas),
    simple (not ramp) gradient conversion,
preventing production render if RT is running

    Bug fixes:
    gpu crash,
    broken render elements

This build requires 3ds Max version 2014 - 2018, GPU with CUDA support and compute model 2.0 or higher. https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus

Thank you Karba, for the great work done in few days.

Regarding "auto GI clamp value", what's the exact advantage over the previous "GI Clamp" parameter?

You use non standard fonts. Use something more compact.

It doesn't depend on your lighting intensity. You don't need to calculate it based on exposure.
