  • SDK to implement a Maya plugin ?

    Hi,
    about this statement on the homepage: "Very simple and flexible API allows developers to make other 3d applications plugins."

    I suppose it means SDK and documented API are available to integrate Fstorm in other application.
    I would be eventually interested to develop such a plugin for Maya (If it's not already in development).
    How to proceed ?

    Can you create your own materials with custom properties in Maya?
    Can you create your own scene objects like light sources in Maya?
    Can you track scene changes in real time and pass it to a render engine?

      Yes but Maya API is a bit confusing about this and not sure yet what is the best way, I will have to experiment.
